Ranking: D.C. area not so bad for Millennial home-buyers

The NAR found the DC region to be among the top 10 metro areas identified for an above-average share of current Millennial residents and recent movers, favorable employment opportunities, and relatively low qualifying incomes needed to purchase a home.
