Arlington Parking Spaces Are Getting a Total Makeover ... For a Day

The county is participating in the 2016 'PARK(ing) Day' event to "enrich our community life by creating an inviting streetscape and by promoting activities that allow for social exchange, fun, creativity and critical thinking."
